Fundraising

The PTO accomplishes our fundraising goals through Business Partners, Spirit Nights, Graduation seating sales, and sales of Spirit Wear. 

Last year The Hive PTO provided the following for SAHS:

• Provided $4,170.00 for Teacher Grants-
  • $1,000.00 for The Arts Department to purchase an IPAD
  • $500.00 for The Dance Department 
  • $500.00 to start a Rewards Program for Behavior Special Need Kids
  • $500.00 to start the Jacket Java Coffee Shop that will be run by Special Need Kids to help teach them life skills.
  • $670.00 to the Math Department to purchase tools for Algebra I and II
  • $1,000.00 to revive the Best Buddies Program at SAHS
• Welcome Back Teacher Ice Cream Social 
• Funding for Link Crew Freshman Get-together
• Funding for Pi Day
• Coffee Cart for Teachers and Staff
• Luncheon for Teachers and Staff  
• Funding for JROTC Haunted House
• Funding for Teacher and Staff Christmas Party
• Teacher Appreciation Week Luncheon and Teacher and Staff Gift
• Raised Over $11,000.00 at our Graduation Seating Fundraiser
